Kenneth is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been working in the property management arena since 1994. He began his career working as an Administrative Assistant providing support to a team of six property managers with a company servicing over two hundred accounts.
After establishing a complete command of the Administrative Assistant job functions, Kenneth assumed the role of property manager, after which he was promoted to collections coordinator, company-wide. This allowed him to acquire a complete understanding of the full spectrum of property management and the expectations of Associations and what it would take to properly manage their communities.
In 1999, Kenneth was compelled to venture out and use his knowledge and prior experience of working for a National Company to offer an improved product to HOA’s, Condo and Townhome Owner Associations. He and his colleague, Alfanette Garvin, took a leap of Faith and set out on a path to become the Premier Property Management Company in America.
Since its inception, Kenneth has guided the company and positioned it for continued growth and great success.
